These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers (“you”, “Customer”) purchasing digital products or ordering services from Freeworld Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”) via freeworldsolutions.tech (the “Website”).

By purchasing or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms below.

A. Terms of Use – Digital Products (e.g., Expert Advisors, Trading Utilities)

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2. Purchase & Delivery
   • Provide accurate details (e.g., email, MT5 ID) during checkout.
   • Payments are processed through approved gateways (Paystack, PayPal, etc.).
   • Upon purchase, you receive an API key bound to your MT5 ID or device.
3. License & Restrictions
   • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased products for your own trading.
   • You may not resell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or share API keys.
4. Refund Policy
   • All sales are final due to the digital nature of products.
   • Exceptions: (i) non-functional product unresolved within 7 days, (ii) mistaken purchase reported within 24 hours.
   • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property

B. Project & Service Agreement – Custom Orders (AI, Automation, Trading Solutions)

1. Scope of Services
   • Projects begin only after order review, approval, and upfront deposit.
2. Payments
   • 40% upfront deposit (escrowed) → covers first two milestones (20% + 20%).
   • 60% balance (escrowed) → payable after milestone 2, before final delivery.
3. Refund Policy
   • Before Milestone 1: Refund of deposit minus fees.
   • After Milestone 1 or 2: Refund only of unused portion (completed milestones are payable).
   • After Final Delivery: No refunds.
4. Customer Obligations
   • Provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and approvals.
   • Scope changes require revised quotes.
5. Intellectual Property
   • Full IP rights transfer upon final payment.
   • We may showcase anonymized demos or previews in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
