These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products, including Expert Advisors (EAs) for trading platforms like Meta trader 5, from Free world Trade via freeworldsolutions.tech (the “Website”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to purchase or use our products. By using our Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Purchase Process

To purchase our digital products, you must:

  • Provide accurate information (e.g., email, name, address, MT5 ID) during checkout.
  • Complete payment via our supported payment methods (e.g., Payoneer, PayPal, or other gateways).
  • Receive an API key to access the purchased product, which may be bound to your MT5 ID or device.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or incomplete information.

3. License and Use of Products

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product (e.g., EA) for personal or commercial trading purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the product.
  • Share, resell, or distribute the product or API key to third parties.
  • Use the product in a manner that violates applicable laws or trading platform rules.

API keys are tied to your MT5 ID and may be bound to a specific device. Unauthorized use of API keys may result in license termination.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices for our products are listed on the Website and may vary based on the product selected (e.g., EA Basic, EA Pro). All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Payoneer, PayPal). You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the delivery of API keys upon purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The product is non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting.
  • The purchase was made in error, and you contact us within 24 hours at [your_contact_email@example.com].

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including EAs, code, and related materials, are owned by Free world Trade and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying code or materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your trading expectations or result in profits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Losses incurred in trading activities, including financial losses due to market conditions or product performance.
  • Interruptions or errors in Website or product functionality.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license to use our products if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of API keys or misuse of the product. Upon termination, you must cease using the product and destroy any copies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
