At Freeworld Solutions, we value transparency and fairness. Our refund policy differs depending on whether you purchase a digital product (e.g., trading tools, EAs, utilities) or place a custom project order (e.g., AI automation, dashboards, bots).
A. Digital Products (EAs, Trading Utilities, etc.)
Because digital products are delivered instantly via API keys, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered under these circumstances:
- The product is non-functional, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting.
- The purchase was made in error, and you contact us within 24 hours at [support@freeworldsolutions.tech].
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
B. Custom Projects & Orders
We use a milestone-based escrow system to protect both clients and developers.
- 40% upfront deposit (escrowed):
- Refundable (minus processing/admin fees) if you cancel before Milestone 1 begins.
- If you cancel after Milestone 1 or 2, only the unused portion for incomplete milestones will be refunded.
- 60% balance (escrowed):
- Paid after the first two milestones and before final delivery.
- If you cancel after paying the balance but before final delivery, any uncompleted portion will be refunded.
- After Final Delivery & Approval: No refunds are available once the final product has been delivered and approved.
Escrow ensures your funds remain safe until milestones are achieved, and you can track progress via your order dashboard.
